Transparency & Accountability

• Signed Agreement: Any unresolved items will be formally acknowledged by you at closing, with a clear plan for swift completion post-move-in.
• Critical Focus: Inspect hard surfaces (countertops, flooring, etc.) thoroughly—your sign-off confirms their pre-move-in condition, protecting against post-move disputes.
